Melanie’s real estate journey began long before becoming a licensed REALTOR®. Starting as an administrative professional in a top-producing office in Solano County, she quickly developed a deep understanding of the industry from behind the scenes before moving into transaction coordination and eventually becoming licensed in 2005.

A California Native Who Found Home in Shasta County
Having lived throughout California, including Santa Barbara, Goleta, Sonoma County, and Dixon, Melanie experienced firsthand how different communities can shape the way people live and connect.
In 2022, Melanie and her family made the move to Shasta County in search of something many buyers today are also looking for: more space, stronger community connection, outdoor lifestyle, and a slower pace of life.
Today, Melanie proudly calls Millville home and loves helping others discover what makes the area so special. From mountain views and acreage living to local events, lakes, trails, and welcoming communities, she believes Shasta County offers a lifestyle that’s increasingly difficult to find elsewhere in California.
